These Terms of Service govern your use of PDF2Laser, an online tool for converting PDF and EPS vector files into optimized DXF files for laser cutting and CNC workflows.
1. Use of the service
You may use PDF2Laser to upload supported files and generate optimized DXF outputs. You agree not to misuse the service, overload it, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious files.
2. Supported files
PDF2Laser currently supports PDF and EPS vector files. The service is designed for vector-based content. Raster images, scans or bitmap-only files may not produce usable DXF results.
3. Your files and rights
You are responsible for the files you upload. You must have the necessary rights, permissions or licenses to upload and convert those files.
4. Output accuracy
PDF2Laser attempts to optimize curves, reduce unnecessary nodes and generate cleaner DXF files. However, small geometric deviations or conversion errors may occur.
You must always verify the generated DXF file in your CAD/CAM software before laser cutting, CNC machining, production use or material purchase.
5. No production guarantee
PDF2Laser is provided as a file conversion and optimization tool. We do not guarantee that every output file will be suitable for every machine, material, production workflow or CAD/CAM software.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF2Laser is not responsible for production errors, machine damage, material waste, lost profits, business interruption or other losses resulting from the use of generated files.
7. Temporary file storage
Uploaded files, generated preview files and generated DXF files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after 72 hours.
8. Paid features and billing
If paid features, subscriptions or checkout flows are enabled, payments may be handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may manage checkout, payment processing, invoices, taxes, subscriptions and refunds.
Pricing, plan limits, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in the relevant billing flow.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the product, subscription, usage and the applicable Lemon Squeezy buyer terms. If you have a billing issue, contact us at info@pdf2laser.com.
10. Abuse and rate limits
We may apply rate limits, block abusive traffic, suspend access or restrict usage to protect the service and other users.
11. Changes to the service
We may update, modify, limit or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
